1. Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a refund if:
- You request the refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase or most recent renewal
- You have not previously received a refund for the same subscription
- Your account has not been suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:

- Include your account email, order number, and a brief reason for the refund request
- Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days
You may also request a refund directly through Paddle by contacting their support team with your order details.
3. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The actual time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
We will send you a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- The request is made more than 14 days after the original purchase or renewal date
- You have already received a refund for the same subscription period
- Your account was terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service
- You have consumed an excessive amount of the Service's resources (e.g., generated content at a volume far exceeding typical usage patterns for a short period), as determined at our sole discretion
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.
If you cancel within the 14-day refund window, you are still eligible for a full refund of your current billing period. If you cancel after the 14-day window, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing cycle, but the payment is non-refundable.
6. Service Credits
In certain circumstances, we may offer service credits as an alternative to a monetary refund (for example, if the Service experienced significant downtime that affected your usage). Service credits are applied to your account and can be used toward future subscription payments.
