YanClaw provides AI-powered digital tools for content generation, template access, and workflow automation. The Service includes web-based tools, APIs, and associated documentation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and not share it with any third party
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

6. Payment and Billing

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the fees indicated at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through Paddle. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. We may change subscription fees upon 30 days' notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YanClaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. The governing law shall be that of the jurisdiction in which YanClaw is registered.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
